YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT CAN TAKE UPWARDS OF 3 HOURS. During this time we will go over: 💋 Paperwork 💋 Mapping 💋 Pigment/color choice 💋 Patch test 💋 Numbing 💋 Questions, etc 💋 Procedure 💧Come hydrated and with a snack! Feel free to bring earbuds and a blanket to get cozy and comfortable! DISQUALIFICATION LIST FOR PMU SERVICES: - Individuals must be 18 years of age - Pregnant and/or breastfeeding - Allergic to pigmentation or makeup - Prone to keloids/scarring - Have viral diseases/infections - Diabetic (you may come with a doctor's note) - Undergoing chemotherapy - Using blood-thinning medications or have bleeding disorders - Skin irritations near or on the treated area - Using ACCUTANE: must wait one year after your ACCUTANE treatment - Botox: must wait 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after - Antibiotics within 2 weeks of your appointment **Failure to disclose any disqualifications before the procedure date results in the immediate termination of the appointment. Clients will forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of the service fee.** PRE-APPOINTMENT CHECKLIST - 24 hrs before and Day of your appointment: 💋No coffee or other stimulants 💋No Alcohol or other blood thinners 💋No Retinol skincare products 1 week prior 💋If you are a lip blush client please take your antiviral medication at least 2 days prior to your appointment. If you have ever had a cold sore or outbreak on your lip, reach out to your Dr for an Rx as added stress during the procedure can activate a cold sore. 💋 Lip blush appts- make sure your lips have been exfoliated and moisturized leading up to the day of your appt. This will help with implantation of the pigment. 💋Please come make-up free to your appt. 💋Please bring a valid photo ID. Lidocaine is used as the numbing agent. Please inform me if you are allergic to lidocaine. All clients are required to fill out consent forms prior to procedure. Must notify of previous work! I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE OR ANY CLIENT FOR ANY GIVEN REASON. PRICES AND POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
